As for Alpha Yohimbine(or Rauwolscine) It seems to have a slightly different pharmacological profile then Y and in some ways seems more effective, for this 1 mg is a good starting dose, I cant comment too much on it but it looks like a good ingredient and I would like to try it at some point as I am still trying to figure out if it has more or less side effects
